Troubleshooting: Lightspeed interrupts audio playback
Audio playback is interrupted when using Lightspeed in combination with Atmosphere and Sonos.
Solution: Disable Sounds & Headphone Jack in Lightspeed
- Login to your Lightspeed Account
- Go to Devices > Restaurant App Settings
- Edit device profile
- Go to General Settings > Uncheck “Use sound”
- Go to Accessory settings > Set “Audio Jack Device” to “No Card Reader”
- Click save
